The OpportunityDue to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and people-focused Construction Manager to lead our team of Site Managers across the Bendigo region.The RoleLead, support and develop a team of Site Managers across the Bendigo regionOversee construction performance from site start through to handoverManage build programs, construction timeframes, workflow and site allocationsMonitor revenue targets, forecasts, workloads and regional construction capacityEnsure homes are delivered to the required quality standards and within budgetDrive compliance with OH&S; requirements, building regulations and company proceduresConduct regular site inspections and support Site Managers in resolving construction issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal departmentsEnsure suitable trade coverage is maintained to support current and future workloadsMonitor and control construction costs, variations and ETS performanceWork closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Experience and other departments to improve the client journeyManage escalated construction and customer matters professionally and efficientlyDrive accountability, consistency and continuous improvement across the construction teamProvide regular reporting on construction performance, risks and prioritiesAbout YouDemonstrated experience as a Construction Manager,
