Chef de Partie | Coffs CoastToormina Hotel | Sawtell Hotel | Moonee Beach HotelWe're looking for talented Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen teams across three of our Coffs Coast venues – Toormina Hotel, Sawtell Hotel and Moonee Beach Hotel.Whether you're already established on the Coffs Coast, looking for a sea change, or ready for your next step in a busy hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleWorking as part of an experienced kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering consistently great food in a busy pub environment.You'll be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, supporting the wider kitchen team and helping deliver a smooth service when things get busy.We're looking for chefs who take pride in what they do, enjoy being part of a team and bring a positive attitude to the kitchen.What We're Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Trade qualifications are preferred
Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong food preparation,



presentation and organisational skills
A genuine commitment to quality and consistency
A positive, team-first approach
Good communication and reliability
Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends
