Gema Group in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Meetings & Special Events.
You will own end-to-end event delivery, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and lead on-site execution for high-profile occasions.
You'll mentor junior coordinators, manage multiple events across catering, AV, layout, and logistics, and ensure smooth post-event wrap-ups while maintaining robust client relationships.
