Reporting to the Chief of Staff, President's Office this leader is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of strategic programs and initiatives across the region while leading the APAC Program Management Office (PMO).
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leaders across the business to ensure initiatives are appropriately planned, governed and delivered.
The successful candidate will help bring structure, visibility and accountability to key programs, enabling teams to execute effectively and achieve meaningful business outcomes.The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program DeliveryLead the execution of APAC's highest-priority strategic initiatives and scale M&APartner; with business leaders to define program objectives, delivery plans, timelines and success measuresEstablish explicit milestones, accountability and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful deliveryMonitor program progress and proactively address risks,



dependencies and potential roadblocksSupport leaders in driving initiatives from planning through implementation and realization of business outcomesReport progress of strategic programs to management and boardAPAC Program Management Office (PMO)Lead and evolve the APAC PMO, establishing consistent standards, tools and methodologies across the regionDevelop best practices for project and program delivery that enable scalability and transparencyDrive effective governance, reporting and decision-making processes across the program portfolioFoster a culture of strong program management discipline, accountability and continuous improvementFacilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders, teams and workstreamsBuild strong working relationships that enable collaboration and effective decision-makingSupport resolution of issues that require coordination across functional boundariesExecutive Reporting & Business InsightsDevelop high-quality executive updates, dashboards and program reporting materialsProvide clear and actionable insights regarding program performance, risks and opportunitiesSupport leadership reviews and business planning processes with data-driven recommendationsEnsure stakeholders have timely access to relevant information to support decision-makingQualificationsRequired Experience12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, business operations,



consulting or related disciplines with M&A; project experienceDemonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a multinational environmentStrong understanding of program governance, portfolio management and project delivery frameworksProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authorityExcellent communication, presentation and executive stakeholder management skillsExperience operating in fast-growing, dynamic organisationsWe operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
