As our
Program & Bookings Coordinator, you'll work with guests to understand what
they want to achieve, create a program suited to their group and coordinate the
details that bring their experience together.About the role From the first enquiry through to arrival, you'll help
guests feel confident that their booking is in good hands.
You'll:Talk with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs and activitiesCoordinate program enquiries, confirmations, amendments and cancellations and keep the systems updatedPrepare accurate quotes, deposits, schedules, program information and handover documentationWork closely with Program, Guest Relations, Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to prepare for each groups arrivalIdentify opportunities that improve the guest experience and make effective use of the venueAbout youYou're someone who enjoys helping people, asking the right
questions,



turning lots of information into a transparent and well organised plan and
ensuring guest have a memorable experience.
You'll bring:Experience coordinating bookings, programs, events or customer enquiriesA warm, confident, "can do" approach when working with customers and othersStrong organisation and communication skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage changing priorities while keeping others informedA collaborative approach and the ability to work across different teamsExperience in outdoor education, camps, recreation,
hospitality, tourism, schools or group guest experiences would be valued, but
it isn't essential.
Qualifications in outdoor recreation, events, tourism,
hospitality or business, along with a First Aid qualification, would also be an
advantage.
