Our people draw on deep industry experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and practical innovation to deliver the right outcomes for our clients and communities.About the RoleJoin us as a Licensed Electrical Inspector based at our Tullamarine Depot, to ensure compliance across the electricity distribution network and participating in an on-call roster.Attend to customer phone calls and enquiries, assisting with compliance issues related to rules, regulations, standards, and policiesREC consultation regarding switchboard and SLD drawings, metering and supply arrangementsSite meetings with customers and project managersAssist Network Connections team with all metering and connection or customer project queriesSupport the Dispatch and Control Room with Faults and EmergenciesProvide technical guidance to internal staff and electricity professionalsAttend, investigate and issue customer defect noticesInvestigate customer complaints regarding defects in relation to metering and servicing appointmentsWork with customer relations with investigations, finalisation and closing of defects issued to customersFacilitate and complete customer connections to the networkTimely completion of works activity records and other work-related documentation using digital work platformsAbout YouIf you have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, we want you on our team.To succeed in this role,



you'll bring a solid understanding of regulatory requirements of the ESA, ES(G)R's, VSIR's, AS****, AS****, AS****, AS****, AS**** and VESI ISTC procedures, electricity distribution assets, along with proven skills in inspection, customer service, stakeholder engagement and ability to work autonomously or closely within a team environment.
