Job DescriptionYour OpportunityAs a Business Analyst – Payments, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex payments solutions across Cards and real-time payments.You'll work closely with product, technology and client teams to define requirements, drive discovery and translate business needs into actionable outcomes that deliver value to our clients and their customers.You'll make an impact by:Translating requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteriaProducing high-quality artefacts including process maps, gap and impact analysisSupporting delivery teams through refinement and solution designDriving data validation, reconciliation and migration activitiesPartnering with stakeholders across product, engineering and external clientsQualificationsAbout you:You're an experienced Business Analyst with deep payments expertise and the ability to navigate complex, enterprise environments.Must have experience:Strong experience in cards switch processingHands-on knowledge of AS**** / ISO**** messagingExperience setting up debit, credit and prepaid card productsSolid understanding of dual message processingKnowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, eftpos)



and scheme complianceExperience with New Payments Platform (NPP)Understanding of PayID, PayTo, CoP and PACs messagingFamiliarity with SWIFT messaging standardsKey capabilities:Expert in requirements gathering and documentationStrong experience in process mapping, gap analysis and technical specificationsAbility to lead workshops and drive stakeholder alignmentProven experience working with technical teams in agile environmentsStrong data analysis skills, including SQL and OracleNice to have:Exposure to digital wallets and tokenisationExperience with financial crime / fraud systems in Cards or NPPAdditional InformationWhy Cuscal?
