Job Title: PeopleSoft Finance Testing Analyst / Senior TesterExperience: 6+ YearsLocation: (Sydney)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Testing Analyst to supporttesting activities for PeopleSoft Financials applications.
The ideal candidate shouldpossess solid functional knowledge of finance modules, expertise in test planningand execution, and experience in validating end-to-end business processes acrossFinance systems.Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and designdocuments related to PeopleSoft Finance.
 Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data for Financemodules.
 Execute functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptancetesting (UAT).
 Validate end-to-end financial business processes and system integrations.
 Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
 Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Business Analysts, Developers, and ProjectManagers to ensure quality deliverables.
 Support application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and productionreleases.
 Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and test status updates.
 Participate in requirement walkthroughs and provide inputs for test strategyand coverage.
 Ensure testing compliance with organizational quality standards andprocesses.Required Skills Strong experience in PeopleSoft Financials Testing.




 Hands-on knowledge of one or more PeopleSoft Finance modules:o General Ledger (GL)o Accounts Payable (AP)o Accounts Receivable (AR)o Asset Management (AM)o Cash Management (CM)o Billingo Procurement / Purchasingo Expenses Experience in creating and executing test cases and defect management.
 Understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
 Experience with integration testing and end-to-end finance workflows.
 Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
 Experience using ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar test managementtools.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience in PeopleSoft Financials upgrades (PUM/Image updates).
 Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, or Tosca.
 Exposure to ERP testing methodologies and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
 Understanding of reporting tools and interfaces associated with PeopleSoftFinance.
 Finance domain certifications or accounting background will be an addedadvantage.Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science,Information Technology, or a related field.Nice to Have Experience working with global finance transformation projects.
 Knowledge of Oracle databases and PeopleTools.
 Exposure to cloud-based testing environments and DevOps practices.
