What the role looks like

We are seeking retail specialists to join the busy team at our Toorak and Malvern Stores. Your focus will be on providing quality products and service to our loyal customers.

We have positions available for a few hours per week up to full-time hours.
Retail sales and customer service
Food preparation and preparing trays for the display cabinets
Merchandising and restocking of grocery items




Maintaining a high standard of store, product and personal presentation
Upholding health, safety and hygiene standards

Applicants must have:
Experience working in any retail food environment previously
Customer service skills - a friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
Represent the company positively and professionally in interactions with customers and the general public
The ability to offer cooking advice to our customers is a bonus skill to have!
Committed to learning our products and being able to handle working in a rapid-paced workplace
