We are seeking an experienced property conveyancer to join our agile team, ideally on a permanent, full time basis.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
ability to support colleagues within the office, including undertaking basic administrative tasks and handling telephone enquiries;
solid experience in property conveyancing transactions, with the opportunity to grow and progress into commercial transactions for the right candidate;
attention to detail and a solid commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work; and
proven ability to manage settlement processes, including stamping, PEXA, and paper settlements.
