This role offers a unique blend of finance, pricing, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement, partnering closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to support business performance and profitability.You'll play a key role in managing commercial incentives, pricing governance and reporting, while helping drive process improvements across the function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts and commercial agreementsOversee incentive, rebate and accrual processes, ensuring accuracy and timely settlementSupport pricing governance through analysis and review of pricing requestsPrepare and distribute regular pricing, margin and commercial performance reportsMaintain and enhance Power BI reporting and dashboardsPartner with Sales, Finance and operational teams to provide commercial insights and support decision-makingAssist with SOX compliance,



internal controls and audit requirementsPerform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial recordsIdentify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and standardisationAbout YouDegree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related disciplineCPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is advantageousPower BI experience will be highly regardedPrevious experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or similar roleStrong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasetsAdditional information$100k - $110k + SuperLower North Shore location with onsite parking availableContract with potential extension - working holiday visas welcome to apply!
