Nestled on the stunning Mid North Coast and situated on the traditional lands of the Dunghutti People, our South West Rocks Holiday Resort is a popular destination for families, holidaymakers and travellers year-round.We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy onsite café.
About the RoleThis is a practical leadership position where you'll be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the café while leading and mentoring a small team.
During peak trading periods, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays, you'll be front and centre ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operational delivery.What You'll DoLead and support café operations, ensuring outstanding customer serviceManage and monitor food and beverage budgetsControl labour costs and optimise staffing levelsPrepare and manage team rostersRecruit, train and develop team membersMaintain high food safety and hygiene standardsMonitor stock levels,
