We need someone with a genuine passion for building, who cares about the outcome, not just the hours, and who gives it their best rather than the bare minimum.What you will be doingProject management and site supervision, working closely with the construction team and directly with the Director.
Mostly on site, back in the office most days to regroup and plan.Coordinate trades, schedules and site logisticsSupervise and support the site team day to day, and take that 7am phone call when you're neededWork directly with the Director on planning and keeping jobs on trackUse our systems and tech properlyCommunicate clearly with clients, architects, suppliers and contractorsHelp raise the standard of how DimCo runsKnow where all the best coffee spots are across Adelaide, this is non negotiableWhat you will not be doingAvoiding site to sit behind a desk all day,
