About The RoleWe're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the Elite Eleven Marketing Team and lead the day-to-day direction and execution of our social media channels.This role is for someone who lives and breathes social, someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, knows what's trending before everyone else does, and can turn ideas into engaging, social-first content.You'll take ownership of Elite Eleven's social presence while helping lead and guide the wider social media team.
Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, you'll bring the Elite Eleven brand to life every day through content, community and culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day management and execution of Elite Eleven's social media channelsHelp lead, support and guide the social media team, ensuring priorities, responsibilities and deliverables are clearOversee and guide the planning, scheduling and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok,



Facebook and emerging platformsOwn and maintain the social content calendar in line with campaigns, launches, events and key brand momentsConcept and ideate engaging, social-first content that feels relevant to our audience and strengthens the Elite Eleven brandBrief and coordinate content with internal creative, videography and design teamsAttend shoots, events, activations and store moments to lead and capture real-time social contentWrite and oversee engaging, on-brand social copy and captionsOversee community engagement across comments, DMs and conversations, ensuring the brand maintains a strong and consistent tone of voiceIdentify trends, sounds, formats, creators and cultural moments the brand can authentically tap intoMonitor social performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendationsUse performance data to understand what's working and continually evolve the social and content approachIdentify opportunities to grow engagement, reach and brand relevance across social platformsEnsure social content is delivered accurately,

About You2+ years of experience in social media, content or a similar roleStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the wider social landscapeExperience taking ownership of social channels, content calendars and day-to-day social executionConfident leading, supporting and providing direction to other team membersNaturally creative with a strong eye for content, storytelling and brandConfident both behind and in front of the camera, and not afraid to jump into content when the moment calls for itHighly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities and team deliverables at onceProactive, you're someone who brings ideas and solutions to the table rather than waiting for a briefComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can move quicklyUp to date with social trends, creators, platforms and internet cultureStrong communication, collaboration and feedback skillsAble to balance creative thinking with performance insights and commercial objectivesExperience within fashion, activewear, lifestyle or retail is highly regarded
