Chisholm's culture of Belonging & Inclusion strives to promote a self-regulating culture that enhances the experiences of our employees, students and communities.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Casual teacher TAE, your key responsibilities include:Plan education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learnersEnsure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirementsEstablish and maintain a positive learning environment, including encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learningAdapt learning and assessment materials to cater for different students, learning environments, facilities, and resourcesUndertake a range of administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taughtAssist in relation to the establishment, maintenance, and review of teaching programsMaintain a respectful, and safe setting free from discrimination, bullying and harassmentABOUT YOUYou are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.Qualifications required for the role:Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs ****Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE*****)Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching disciplineA record of Vocational Competency,
