An exciting chance is available for a Dayforce HCM Administrator to join a major transformation program focused on the implementation of a new Dayforce platform.
This role offers the chance to work across the full implementation lifecycle, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external implementation specialists.You'll play a hands‐on role supporting system configuration, process improvement, testing, training, and project delivery activities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology while contributing to a large‐scale HCM transformation.Based in Melbourne, this role offers strong long‐term potential, with a view to transitioning into a permanent Dayforce Administration and Support position following successful deployment.This is: what you'll doSupport the Dayforce implementation program across configuration, data validation, and solution documentation activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map current and future state business processesDevelop and maintain project artefacts including process maps, configuration registers, and business proceduresExecute system, integration, payroll, and user acceptance testing activitiesPrepare test data, document outcomes, manage defects, and coordinate retesting activitiesValidate business requirements and ensure system functionality aligns with operational needsAssist with training development including user guides, learning materials, and communicationsCoordinate workshops and support change management activities across the businessPartner with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT teams,
