Mid-Level Business Analyst | Financial Crime Transformation ProgramOur client, a leading Australian banking organisation, is seeking Business Analysts to join a large-scale Financial Crime Transformation Program.This role is suited to mid-level Business Analysts who are passionate about process improvement, business analysis, and transformation delivery.
The focus of the role is on understanding current state processes, documenting requirements, identifying gaps, and supporting the design of future-state processes and controls.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirementsDevelop As-Is and To-Be process mapsIdentify process gaps, risks, controls, and improvement opportunitiesSupport end-to-end future-state process designCreate business requirements, user stories, and process documentationCollaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to support solution deliveryAssist with testing, UAT,



and change activitiesSkills & Experience3-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within project or transformation environmentsStrong requirements elicitation and documentation skillsExperience with process mapping, process improvement, and future-state designAbility to analyse complex business processes and recommend practical solutionsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsFinancial services experience preferred but not essentialFinancial Crime experience is a bonus but not requiredWhy Apply?
