With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a solid local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas.JRM Resources is continuing to grow across our workshop and site operations, and we're looking for experienced Safety Advisors to join our team.This is a hands-on, full-time role that will see you working across our site operations supporting our crews and working closely with supervisors and management to drive a strong safety culture.We currently have roles available in the local Peel region and on our site in Boddington.What you'll be doingConducting site inspections, audits and risk assessmentsProviding hands-on safety support, coaching and guidance to crewsDelivering toolbox talks and promoting safe work practicesDeveloping, reviewing and implementing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)Supporting incident investigations and corrective actionsMaintaining safety records, reports and documentationEnsuring compliance with WHS legislation,



client and site requirementsWorking with supervisors and crews to identify hazards and improve safety outcomesSupporting safety requirements across our workshop, current sites and upcoming projectsWhat we're looking forQualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in a Safety Advisor role within mining, civil or mobile plant environmentsStrong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigationExperience with Traffic Management Plans and traffic management requirementsExperience working around civil works, heavy equipment and mobile plantStrong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to safetyAbility to build positive relationships with crews, supervisors, management and clientsWilling and able to travel between sites based on operational requirementsWhat we offerMonday to Friday Role (local) OR 8/6 roster DIDO at our Boddington siteFull-time PositionCompany vehicle providedLocal role, home every dayVariety across workshop, civil, mining and forestry operationsSupportive, close-knit team environmentLong-term opportunities as JRM Resources continues to growJRM Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
