This is a full time role for a Doom Juice Sales Representative, based primarily in Melbourne and regional VIC.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth with On and Off-premise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with leads and customers, and organizing product tastings and promotional events.Key responsibilitiesDriving sales growth with On and Off-premise clients in their subsequent groupsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with leads and customersOrganizing product tastings and promotional eventsAchieving and exceeding monthly sales targetsProviding excellent customer service by ensuring deliveries to customers are coordinated smoothly with logistics teamFollowing up on old invoicesKeeping current customers engaged with regular check-ins, staff training, incentives and venue supportAbout youSubstantial experience in beverage sales in Melbourne (3 Years +), which proves customer relationship management and an ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge or passion for wine,



including an understanding of the wine market and industry trendsTime management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independentlyExperience in hosting events, promotions, or tastings is an advantageA valid driver's license and a carRSASalary and benefits$70K Base Salary + Monthly Commission$200 worth of wine to take home per monthPetrol up to $250 per month for business purposes$100 per month as a client engagement allowance, to spend at customer and lead venues$60 per day meal allowance for overnight travel$200 per month staff allowance at Doom Juice Cellar DoorAll approved flights and accommodation paid forOne Hell of a Christmas PartyAbout usDoom Juice is a young and dynamic company at the centre of the Australian LoFI wine movement.
