leave adjustments and correctionsCompleting reconciliations, controls and exception checksInvestigating payroll discrepancies and resolving employee queriesWorking with HR, Finance and operational stakeholdersSupporting system improvements, testing and process enhancementsProviding guidance to other team members when neededWhat we're looking forYou'll be an experienced Payroll Officer or Payroll Specialist who is confident managing payroll deadlines and working through complex issues.You'll ideally bring:Strong end-to-end payroll experienceExperience within a high-volume or complex payroll environmentKnowledge of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, superannuation, taxation and leaveConfidence completing reconciliations and investigating discrepanciesStrong Excel and payroll system experienceA proactive, accountable and detail-focused approachExperience with Dayforce would be top of the listFailing this - another integrated payroll system required.If you're ready to step up, take greater ownership and continue building your payroll career without moving into people management, we'd love to hear from you.
