with broad general commercial experience and some litigation exposure to join our growing practice.This is a client‐facing role with responsibility across a diverse mix of commercial matters.
You will take ownership of files from start to finish while working collaboratively with the broader team.Your work will include:Commercial transactions: structuring, drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreementsGeneral commercial advisory including trade mark and leasing work across varied industriesSupporting dispute matters where commercial litigation experience is relevantYou will also play a role in business development.
