This 18 month fixed term contract position is a unique opportunity for an HR Advisor or HR Operations specialist to step up and lead employee lifecycle in a dynamic and global business.

As the main point of contact for HR enquiries, this is a central and highly visible role.Working in close collaboration with the ANZ HR Director, your responsibilities will include:Owning employee lifecycle across all areas of the businessOwning onboarding, exits and employee enquiriesSupporting the outsourced Payroll partner with monthly HR reporting and audit processesManaging HRIS optimisation,
ongoing reporting and maintaining data in line with local and global complianceContributing to Learning & Development and maintaining compliance recordsLeading Work, Health & Safety programs including mandatory trainingCoordinating HR contributions to company wide meetings and inductionsSupporting global HR projects as needed.The successful candidate will bring:HR Generalist experience, preferably within commercial business unitsPayroll experience, in house preferredExperience leading ER matters, liaising with employees at all levelsExceptional communication, diplomacy and interpersonal skillsHRIS experience, with Workday, Success Factors or similar idealConfidence in HR Reporting, Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical skillsWHS experience, with RTW case management advantageousExperience partnering in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Industry advantageous.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing organisation in a thoroughly rewarding Industry!
