project management software and document control systemsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based workplace and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to learn, take direction and develop technical and project delivery capabilityWHAT YOU'LL DOMonitor and report on the progress of design and construction activities against programme milestonesSupport the coordination of site works, subcontractors, materials and project resourcesAssist with the resolution of design queries and the management of RFIs, drawings and technical documentationReview drawings for accuracy, sequencing and buildability and identify potential coordination issuesCoordinate procurement activities, subcontractor submissions and tender documentationTrack lead times, deliveries and project information to support programme outcomesSupport compliance with DCOH HSEQ systems, WHS legislation and quality management requirementsCoordinate inspections, testing, certifications and the collection of as-built documentationMaintain project registers, document control systems, meeting actions and reporting requirementsLiaise with consultants, subcontractors, authorities and internal project teams to support project deliveryMonitor compliance with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA requirements and project specificationsAssist in identifying and escalating programme, procurement, quality and technical risks to the Project ManagerSupport project administration activities including progress reporting, submissions and authority complianceContribute to a collaborative team culture and maintain professional stakeholder relationshipsRepresent DCOH professionally and ethically in accordance with the DCOH Code of ConductWHAT'S NEXTIf you are interested in this position, please submit your CV and cover letter which describes who you are and addresses the criteria detailed above.
