They are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Specialist to support a major HR transformation initiative.DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Specialist to join a high-performing project team on an 8-month contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimising the SuccessFactors Recruiting Modules and Talent Acquisition environment, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with business requirements.
Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in system administration, process improvement, troubleshooting and user support.Key responsibilities include:Managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting functionalityProviding technical and functional support to stakeholdersDriving process improvements across recruitment workflowsSupporting testing,
