We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager to play a key role in leading our operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Duties includeSupervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoringEnsuring high customer service standards at all timesEnsure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all timesEnsure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standardsMotivate and achieve high standards with your teamBe hands on, hardworking and enthusiasticTo be successful in this role you willMust be adaptable and available to work a day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts as required, on a rotating rosterDemonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing guidance, training,
