Peak Group is seeking an experienced Foreman Plumber to join our team in Maroochydore, QLD on a full-time basis.
This is a leadership position within our plumbing operations, where you will oversee job sites, manage teams, and ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
A vehicle will be supplied for this role to support your daily operations and site visits.
As Foreman Plumber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining Peak Group's reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction across the Sunshine Coast region.Key responsibilitiesOversee and supervise plumbing teams on assigned job sites, ensuring work is completed to specification and on scheduleConduct pre-site inspections and develop work plans to optimise efficiency and resource allocationEnsure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and company standardsManage health and safety protocols on site, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring team compliance with safety proceduresCommunicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concernsTrain and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering professional development within the teamMonitor inventory and order materials as required to maintain workflow efficiencyComplete accurate documentation, timesheets, and site reports for quality assurance and administrative purposesTroubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance to team membersMaintain the supplied vehicle in good working condition and manage fuel and maintenance requirementsWhat we're looking forA minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified plumber, with demonstrated supervisory or foreman experienceCurrent plumbing licence or equivalent qualification recognised in QueenslandStrong leadership and communication skills,
