Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of 5,



you will be a key component of the leadership team and have a broad variety of responsibilities including:Take ownership of the monthly financial reportingPrepare annual statutory financial statements including consolidationsBalance sheet reconciliations and reviewLead and manage the annual and half year auditPrepare technical accounting position papers, particularly around revenue recognitionOversee internal controls and documented proceduresAd hoc projects and process improvementsTo be considered for this broad and varied role, you will be CA qualified, have strong technical skills (particularly around revenue recognition) and have a minimum of 10+ years experience (open on industry).
A Big 4 background originally would be highly desirable.
You will also have well developed leadership skills, be an excellent communicator and enjoy improving processes.
