The Digital Performance Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales and customer growth through Ringers Western's paid digital marketing, CRM and loyalty channels.
This is a highly commercial, outcome-driven role that plays a key part in the overall sales strategy.
The role is expected to push boundaries, challenge the status quo and continually identify new ways to improve performance, acquire customers and increase customer value.Key responsibilitiesOwn the strategy, performance and growth of Meta, Google and TikTok advertisingDrive sales, customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth through paid channelsManage budgets and performance against key metrics, including MER, ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenueContinuously test new audiences, creative, platforms, campaigns and strategiesStay ahead of platform, algorithm and digital marketing developments and quickly adapt the strategyIdentify and pursue new opportunities to grow paid performancePartner with Ecommerce, Creative, Merchandise and Marketing to align paid activity with the broader sales and trading strategyOwn the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer communicationsManage and optimise Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation and customer journeysDrive repeat purchases, customer retention and lifetime valueWhat we're looking forProven experience owning paid media performance (Meta, Google and TikTok) in a fast-paced, commercial environmentTrack record managing budgets against ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenue targetsHands-on CRM/lifecycle experience,
