This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about patient care, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of both clinic locations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards.
You will lead clinic teams across both sites, working closely with doctors, nurses, and support staff to maintain a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys variety and can confidently oversee multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across the Fortitude Valley and Caloundra clinicsEnsure consistency in patient care, service delivery, and operational processes across both locationsLead, mentor, and develop Medical Receptionists and NursesManage staffing, rostering, onboarding, performance reviews, and trainingSupport the nursing team with operational guidance and issue resolutionEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic performanceMonitor clinic KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and efficiencyAssist with audits, quality assurance programs,



and compliance activitiesBuild strong relationships with patients, clinicians, suppliers, and key stakeholdersFoster a positive, professional, and high-performing workplace cultureAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare leadership roleDemonstrated experience leading and developing teamsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and practice management systemsA patient-first mindset and commitment to service excellenceHighly RegardedExperience within medicinal cannabis, specialist healthcare, primary care, or allied healthNursing, clinical leadership, or healthcare management experienceKnowledge of healthcare compliance and quality standardsRequirementsCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)Current unrestricted driver's licenseAbility to travel between the Fortitude Valley and Caloundra clinics as requiredWhy Join Releaf?
