Programmed is seeking entry-level Welders / Trades Assistants to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing team in Swanbank. No prior welding experience is required – the site will train the right person.
You will work with reo bar to prepare reinforcement structures, tack weld pieces with a welding gun, and perform basic hand-tool tasks. The role includes general labouring, housekeeping, and strict safety adherence. Shift times start early (4am–6am) for 8–10 hour days.
