Resolute Care group Pty Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across mental health, surgical and chronic disease management settings. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic services.
The role requires AHPRA-registered RN with experience in aged care or acute mental health, excellent communication, and a patient‐centred approach. Visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable applicants.
