Alliance Automation is looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our growing Brisbane team.
You'll lead the delivery of control systems and automation projects across sectors including Mining & Resources, Water & Wastewater and Heavy Industry,



working alongside some of Australia's leading industrial businesses.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take projects from concept through to commissioning, bringing together clients, engineers and delivery teams to achieve great outcomes.

You'll combine strong project and commercial management capability with a solid technical understanding of control systems and automation.
You'll be comfortable leading teams, engaging with clients and keeping complex projects moving safely, efficiently and commercially.What You'll Be DoingLeading engineering and automation projects from concept through to commissioningTaking ownership of project scope, budgets, schedules, resources and commercial outcomesWorking closely with clients to understand their operations, challenges and project objectivesLeading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and project teamsOverseeing the design, development, integration and delivery of PLC, SCADA and control system solutionsProactively managing project risks, variations and competing prioritiesEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification and with strong commercial disciplineBuilding trusted, long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to add further valueChampioning a strong HSEQ culture throughout project deliveryWhat You'll BringDemonstrated experience managing engineering, automation or control systems projectsStrong project planning, resource management and commercial capabilityExperience within Mining & Resources, Water & Wastewater, Heavy Industry or similar operational environmentsA sound technical understanding of PLC, SCADA and industrial control systemsStrong client engagement,
