DescriptionAbout the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites, ensuring users are supported effectively across their day-to-day technology needs.
You will be a practical, customer-focused IT skilled with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in fast-paced support environments.
Approachability, good written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.You will bring:Proven experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolutionStrong knowledge of Windows environmentsExperience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devicesExperience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory,
Intune and SCCMSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issuesPrinter troubleshooting experienceExperience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with ITIL practices Additional RequirementsAvailable to start ASAPAbility to work onsite 3 days per weekSouthport location idealMust have a valid driver's licence and own vehicle (travel between sites required)Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid QLD blue card (working with children clearance)
