You will work closely with internal teams, offshore providers and customers to support timely billing, collections and dispute resolution, while helping to manage credit risk and improve overall financial outcomes.Based at our Richmond office, this role offers excellent career development and internal mobility pathways as well as adaptable ways of working and a hybrid structure, that allows you the balance of in-office collaboration and working from home to suit your lifestyle.Key responsibilities include:Managing credit risk by assessing customer creditworthiness and recommending appropriate credit limits and termsOverseeing accurate and timely invoicing and credit note processingAllocating and reconciling customer payments, managing unapplied cash and maintaining a clean accounts receivable ledgerActively managing collections,
