You'll troubleshoot issues, manage expectations and help ensure technology services run smoothly.The role requires someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly,
stays calm under pressure and takes a logical approach to problem solving.What you'll be doingProviding IT support and resolving technical issuesSupporting users across multiple business locationsWorking independently across a range of service delivery responsibilitiesBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessSupporting employees and senior leaders with technology needsDiagnosing and troubleshooting technology problemsManaging support requests and competing prioritiesEscalating issues when requiredDelivering clear and responsive customer serviceAssisting with ongoing service delivery improvementsAbout youYou'll bring:At least two years of relevant experience in IT support, Service Desk, desktop support or a similar environmentThe ability to work independently and take ownership of issues through to resolutionStrong communication and customer service skillsConfidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadershipA calm and professional approach under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityAttention to detail and a proactive approachThe ability to manage competing priorities and expectationsDesirableRelevant IT industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL or similarExposure to Microsoft technologies and corporate IT environmentsYou do not need a university degree to apply.Why join us?
