About You

What you will do in the role
Assist Trade Counter customers with product enquiries and sales.
Build strong customer relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams and vendor partners.
Achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
Maintain branch inventory, warehouse standards, and an organised, professional trade counter environment.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
Develop strong product and process knowledge and complete vendor certifications.
Skills And Experiences
What you will need to succeed in the role
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
A proactive, team-oriented approach.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Confidence providing product advice and resolving customer issues.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Previous sales, retail, customer service, or trade counter experience is highly regarded.
A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge across a broad range of technology.
Previous experience working within technology distribution, retail, warehouse, trade counter or customer-facing sales environments will be highly regarded.
