YOUR ROLE
Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring safe,



efficient and compliant manufacturing activitiesCoordinate production schedules, maintenance activities and workforce resources to achieve targetsIdentify, investigate and resolve plant and process issues, driving continuous improvement initiativesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and operational performanceEnsure product quality, inventory accuracy and production documentation are maintained to meet business and regulatory requirements
Your Experience
Relevant technical/trade qualification or industry experienceExperience in production planning, chemical processes and resource coordinationStrong understanding of HSE and quality requirementsExperience troubleshooting plant and process issuesKnowledge of propellant or similar high-risk manufacturing environments
