We're looking for ambitious Sales Trainees ready to learn and build a rewarding career in a results-driven dealership with real growth opportunities. In this position, a Sales Trainee will:
Sell new and/or used vehicles, and dealership services
Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
Grow repeat business and referrals
Learn our products, market, and sales strategies through structured training
Follow up with leads and walk-in customers to guide them through the buying process
Requirements
Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing or hospitality experience helpful but not required
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals through prior work experience
Secure, progressive work experience
Ability to work independently and communicate within a team environment
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn




Skilled presentation, demeanor, and attitude
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Willingness to build knowledge of the vehicles, finance products, and customers within the automotive industry
Valid driver's license
High earning potential with a base + commission structure.
