Hazeldenes is seeking a Team Leader to ensure the effective use of employee skills and resources in our Victoria manufacturing operations.
The role is predominantly on the production floor (roughly 75%), driving alignment with schedules, safety and quality targets and developing the team.You will mentor staff, manage breaks and rotations, and collaborate with HR on performance and disciplinary processes while promoting a positive, inclusive culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
