About the Company:Our client is an established Melbourne-based builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Victoria.With a solid pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join the team on a medium-density apartment development in Melbourne.The business offers a secure working environment, experienced senior leadership and a strong focus on quality, safety and successful project delivery.About the Role Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the design, documentation and delivery of the project.This position would suit an experienced Project Coordinator who has worked on medium-density apartment projects and is looking to take on greater responsibility within an established builder.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate design, consultants and project documentationManage RFIs, shop drawings and design queriesAssist with procurement and subcontractor packagesCoordinate architectural,
