Hinchen Recruitment Group seeks a Regional Operations Manager – Quarries to lead nine quarry operations across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
You will report to the General Manager and oversee a $95 million P&L;, guiding asset, logistics, finance, commercial, property, sales and safety leaders.You will establish a consistent cadence, ensure site leadership, and drive significant capital and operational investments across a large regional portfolio.
Regular travel is required.
