About The Roles
As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day delivery of new home builds, ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, on budget, and to Burbank's standards.
You'll coordinate trades, manage materials, complete QA checks, and keep clients informed throughout their build journey.

Oversee multiple residential buildsCoordinate and manage subcontractorsReview plans and construction documentationSchedule and supervise tradesManage deliveries, timelines,



and site resourcesComplete QA inspections and maintain ClickHome updatesControl ETS spending and maintain company equipmentUphold strong safety practicesProvide clear communication to clients and internal teams
What You'll Bring
Residential construction experience (volume building preferred)Robust trade coordination and site management capabilityQualification in Building & ConstructionSolid knowledge of building codes and OH&SConfident; communicator and effective problem‐solverWhite Card and valid Driver's LicenceBuilder's Licence (desirable)
