Lead From the Front.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our QLD construction team, based out of our Brisbane office.Let's be clear — this role isn't for the faint hearted.We're growing quickly, our projects move fast and there will be plenty happening at once.
We need someone who can take ownership of their projects, make decisions, solve problems and keep things moving without needing to be chased.You'll manage commercial fencing projects from award through to completion, working across both the office and site.You'll be responsible for the commercial side of your projects as well as the people delivering them — managing budgets, costs, claims, variations, materials, subcontractors, programs and site crews.Fencing experience isn't essential.
Strong construction and project management experience is.What You'll Be DoingManaging multiple commercial and industrial projects from start to finishTaking ownership of project budgets, costs and profitabilityPreparing and managing progress claims and variationsPlanning works and staying ahead of upcoming project requirementsCoordinating materials, suppliers, subcontractors and site crewsManaging project programs, deadlines and deliverablesAttending site meetings and dealing directly with builders and clientsLeading and supporting crews across multiple active sitesIdentifying problems early and finding solutions before they become bigger problemsEnsuring projects meet our safety and quality standardsKeeping communication clear between site,
