Greater Western Aboriginal Health Service (GWAHS) seeks a Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Link Worker to support Aboriginal clients in Mount Druitt and Western Sydney on a 6-month fixed-term basis.
The role focuses on navigating mental health, AOD, and broader SEWB needs with culturally secure care.
The successful candidate will develop care plans, coordinate services, and maintain records, working closely with GWAHS teams and community partners.
