Accommodate With Collective, the property management division of Collective Property Agents, is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team.
You will work closely with the Property Manager focusing primarily on leasing and providing support across the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a business focused on quality over quantity — building strong landlord relationships, providing excellent service and creating a property management division that is sustainable for both clients and the team.
This is a Brisbane-based role and applicants must be currently living in Brisbane and available to work from our office.
This position is not suitable for remote or overseas-based applicants.
Key responsibilities
Leasing duties, including open homes on Saturdays
Processing applications and preparing tenancy documentation
Onboarding of recent managements
Communicating with landlords, tenants and trades
Coordinating maintenance requests and following up repairs
Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy management
Assisting with entry and exit inspections and reporting
Maintaining accurate records and well-managed files
General property management administration and portfolio support
About you
Ideally has at least 1 year of residential property management experience in Queensland
Has a sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation, or is keen to continue developing their knowledge
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
A confident and professional communicator
Comfortable dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
Able to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
Positive, friendly and approachable
A team player who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the office environment
