We are currently seeking an experiencedCounterbalance Forklift Operatorto join a leading panel manufacturing company based inDandenong South.
This is a great chance for someone who enjoys ahands-on and varied manufacturing environmentand doesn't want to spend their entire shift sitting on a forklift.
The RoleLocation:Dandenong South
Hours:6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate:$* per hour
Employment:Temporary with the opportunity to transition to permanent for the right candidate
Overtime:Available when required
Weekend Work:Occasional weekend work may be required
This isnot a sole forklift driving position.
You will float across the production floor, warehouse and dispatch areas, supporting the wider operation and taking on different tasks throughout the day.
Your day may include forklift operations, moving materials, assisting production, machine operation and helping the team wherever required.
About You To be successful, you will need:
ProvenCounterbalance Forklift experience
A current and valid Forklift Licence
Previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
Machine operating experience is highly preferred
The ability to work across different areas of a busy production floor
A robust work ethic and willingness to get hands-on
Valuable communication skills
A robust commitment to safety
Reliable transport and a reliable attendance record
