Job Description
Moon Dog Brewing in Melbourne seeks an experienced Head Chef/Executive Chef for a hybrid role.
You will oversee a 70-seat restaurant and large function venues, mentoring the team and steering operations across multiple sites.
Reporting to the CEO and working with Head Chefs, you will manage procurement, menu development, and budgets, while delivering high-quality pub classics and ensuring food safety across all venues.
