FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane is available, and you will work with a team of chefs, kitchen utilities and dining staff.
You will handle buffet-style preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while ensuring OH&S; compliance, protected food handling, and high hygiene standards.
Assist Head Chefs with team performance and employee development.
