Roseberry House Waterford West is looking for a passionate and confident Lead Educator to join our team and lead our 2-3-year-old room for the remainder of ****.
We're looking for someone who is Diploma qualified or currently studying towards their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and who is ready to take ownership of their room, support their team and create a warm, engaging environment for our children.
About the Role
Lead the day-to-day operation of our 2-3-year-old room
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development, curiosity and confidence
Plan, observe and reflect on children's learning in line with the EYLF
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Guide and support educators within your room team
Maintain consistent, high-quality practice aligned with the NQS and our service philosophy
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and supportive centre culture
What We're Looking For




Diploma qualified or actively studying towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card
Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
Confidence leading and supporting a room team
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, professional and proactive approach
