Eco Elite is looking for an experiencedAppointment Setterwho knows how to build rapport, overcome objections and convert interest into booked appointments.
You will work with warm inbound leads and targeted follow-ups, not endless lists of completely cold numbers.
Our customers have already expressed interest in reducing their power bills; your job is to qualify them and secure the appointment.
What's on offer
$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
$80,000–$120,000+ OTE
Around $150 average commission per successful install.
Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm
Coaching, incentives and recognition
Progression into senior sales, closing and leadership roles
What you'll bring




Proven success in appointment setting, telesales or outbound sales
Confidence handling objections and asking for the appointment
A competitive, resilient and results-focused approach
Strong follow-up habits and a willingness to be coached
Experience in solar, energy, telco, insurance, retention or telemarketing is highly regarded, but not required proven phone-sales/phone-ability matters most.
